Conveyancing by the professionals who care
Our company of conveyancers, established in 1978, was the first conveyancing company to be licensed by The Council of Licensed Conveyancers pursuant to The Administration of Justice Act 1985.
We are a very competitive and fully insured member of The Society of Licensed Conveyancers with branches, covering property in England and Wales, offering a very fast, efficient, and inexpensive conveyancer service to transfer property into your ownership.
A Licensed Conveyancer is a more reasonably priced UK alternative to a property solicitor and Licensed Conveyancers are instructed by you, instead of a usually-more-expensive property solicitor, to transfer ownership during a sale or purchase of a house, flat, or plot of land in England or Wales. As UK Licensed Conveyancers we are UK specialists in property law (solely UK property lawyers) and, like property solicitors, are qualified and insured to act in virtually all property transactions including acting for lenders and arranging mortgages. More about who and what Licensed Conveyancers are;

A ‘Licensed Conveyancer’ is a specialist professional property lawyer, who is trained and qualified in all aspects of the law dealing with property and of a property conveyance.

Ownership transfers of a house, plot of land, or flat from one person, or entity, to another party are known as ‘conveyancing’, and the ‘Licensed Conveyancer’ may act in this transfer for buyers, sellers and mortgage lenders.

A Licensed Conveyancer’s duties may extend to arranging mortgages and re-mortgages, and offering mortgage advice to potential purchasers.

Licensed Conveyancers are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers at ...

All Licensed Conveyancers offering their services to the public must carry professional indemnity insurance (to protect their clients in the event of errors or omissions) and contribute to the profession's compensation fund which protects clients in the event of any fraudulent or dishonest actions. Clients can therefore be confident that, if they use a Licensed Conveyancer, their financial position is protected at all times.

If any document (including documents unconnected with the transfer of a property) needs to be given under oath a Licensed Conveyancer can deal with this for you as they are all Commissioners for Oaths and are able to administer an oath or affirmation and take an affidavit or declaration.
